Production begins after proof approval.

🖼 What kind of artwork can I submit?
Customers must provide print-ready artwork.

• Images must be high resolution and not cropped
• Quality of the final product depends on the file provided
Simple text may be added, but design creation is not included unless a design fee add-on is purchased.
💰 Do you charge a design or setup fee?
Yes, a design fee add-on is required for:
• Artwork recreation or resizing
• Design layout assistance
• Multiple image setups beyond what’s included

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after 1 hour from purchase.
Orders that have entered production, shipped, or are digital cannot be canceled.
Rush orders and custom orders are final sale.
